8:30am – 9:45am Introductions, Opening Remarks & Keynote Address by renowned science broadcaster and advocate, Jay Ingram. Jay addressed the importance of creating a science culture in which the themes of STEM, innovation, and entrepreneurship are converged and prioritized in education.

10:15am – 12:15pm World Café-style Discussions focusing on questions including:

  • In your world, what does innovation look like?
  • Create a visual representation between: STEM, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Creativity
  • What would a framework for teaching and learning innovation look like?
  • How do you measure or evaluate innovation?
  • What factors contribute to a successful collaboration for innovation across sectors?
