As part of Science Literacy Week, MindFuel is hosting a professional learning workshop highlighting the key elements that make Project-Based Learning (PBL) a successful pedagogical approach in 21st century STEM education. This professional learning workshop is open to Grade 5-10 Educators.

When: Monday, September 16, 2019      6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Where: cSPACE King Edward (260, 1721 29 Ave SW, Calgary)

This workshop will focus on using project-based learning to teach about the impact of climate change on ecosystems.

By attending this workshop, you will:

  • Understand the essence of PBL and what makes it successful
  • Participate in a PBL activity from a student perspective
  • Have the opportunity to plan, network and collaborate with other educators
  • Receive valuable teacher resources and takeaways
